Job Responsibilities for the Intercompany Accounting Manager:
- Ensure international accountants follow intercompany accounting policies
- Monthly reconciliation of intercompany balances with strong attention to detail
- Collaborate with accountants and U.S. offices to resolve disputes and provide training on procedures
- Ensure accurate recording of intercompany transactions
- Prepare and distribute monthly financial reports to international offices and senior management
- Assist in resolving intercompany-related financial issues for the Chief Accounting Officer and Finance departments
- Maintain records for financial reporting and support audits with necessary documentation
- Interact with senior Finance and Operations management and branch personnel
- Manage activities to enhance financial operations and reporting efficiency
Job Requirements for the Intercompany Accounting Manager:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance
- Strong Excel skills
- Must be accustomed to dealing with multiple entities
- Intercompany experience required
- CPA (preferred)
- Public Accounting experience (preferred)
- Blackline, PeopleSoft, or Oracle system experience (preferred)
