Job Description for the Accounts Receivable Analyst:
- Manage accounts receivable for large corporate clients, ensuring timely collections and resolving payment discrepancies.
- Analyze and improve accounts receivable processes, identifying inefficiencies and implementing solutions to enhance cash flow.
- Create and maintain detailed reports using advanced Excel functions (pivot tables, vlookups) to track and manage accounts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve payment issues, strengthen client relationships, and ensure smooth order-to-cash cycles.
- Utilize ERP systems and financial tools to support accurate invoicing and compliance with audit requirements.
Job Requirements for the Accounts Receivable Analyst:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts receivable, accounting, finance, or a similar Order to Cash role.
- Proficiency in ERP systems such as JDE or SAP, with a strong understanding of the order-to-cash process.
- Advanced Excel skills with the ability to analyze data and generate detailed reports.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- General understanding of SOX audit requirements.
