IT Help Desk Specialist
We are currently seeking a skilled IT Help Desk Specialist to provide Level 3 technical support for desktop computers, applications, and related technology across a network of clinics. In this role, you will work as part of a dedicated team to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, provide proactive support, and ensure the smooth operation of IT systems. You will be responsible for addressing service requests through various channels, mentoring other technicians, and maintaining high standards of service while handling high-stress situations with professionalism.
Key Responsibilities :
Provide Level 3 help desk support for over 900 clinics across the , addressing issues related to desktop computers, software, and user equipment such as smartphones.
Respond to service requests via the help desk ticketing system, email, phone, and in-person interactions, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems related to user workstations, applications, and other equipment.
Mentor and guide other technicians, offering assistance and sharing expertise when needed.
Maintain a high level of customer service, ensuring efficient and professional responses to user inquiries.
Complete tasks with minimal direction, managing time effectively and adhering to deadlines.
Support IT implementation processes for software, hardware, and system upgrades.
Occasionally work weekend shifts and handle high-pressure situations in a calm and professional manner.
Key Requirements :
3 years of previous IT support experience, with a focus on desktop and application support.
Advanced troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve complex technical issues.
Proficient in Windows operating systems (Windows 7, 8, 8.1, 10, 11).
Experience with IT processes, software, and hardware implementations is preferred.
Strong organizational and time management skills, able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
A high degree of confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
Reliable transportation and flexibility to occasionally work weekend shifts.
