This role involves guiding new partners through the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless transition, and providing continuous support to enhance their experience and success on our platform.
Requirements
- Experienced working with 3rd party delivery platforms from a customer success / vendor onboarding perspective.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Bachelor degree required.
- Ability to work on-site 5x a week.
