In the role of Appointment Setter, your main focus will be converting warm leads into scheduled appointments. This entails:
- Daily Responsibilities: Contacting up to 50 leads through calls and texts, managing 30 conversations each day, and following a prescribed script.
- Experience Required: At least 2 years of recent phone-based experience in roles such as customer service, phone surveys, or appointment setting (sales experience is not required).
- Volume Handling: Proven ability to manage 30 calls per day and maintain 5 hours of phone activity daily.
- Performance Metrics: A solid track record in meeting or exceeding performance metrics and KPIs.
- CRM Proficiency: Experience with CRM systems for accurate data management and follow-up.
- Communication Skills: An extroverted personality with strong and confident phone communication.

- Work stability- Can not have more than 2 Jobs in the last 5 years
- Can not be self employed in the last 6 months
- Last Two years plus years of most of the day on the phone. Must come from role that is mostly on the phone
- High Volume Calls- . In current or most recent role talking to 30 different people every day
- Talk time- In current or most recent role talking to 5 hours of talk/ Available time
- Performance- In current or most recent role performance metrics and KPI required
- History of achievements or awards, recognition, have you been given in personal, professional, sports in the past two years? Examples: Employee of the month, Top Salesperson, Softball team went to the finals.
- Follow Defined call flow on every call defined script or call-outline provided by your employer… where there are consequences for not following the script
- Data Management- IN most current role required to enter specific data in crm on every call and managed that accurately for every conversation
- Follow up In your current role were you required to make MULTIPLE FOLLOWUP CONTACTS (calls/text/email) with the same contact (scheduling, rescheduling, follow ups, etc.
- Demonstrated ability to be coachable take and implement feedback in timely manner
- Must be an EXTROVERT enjoys talking to people on the phone. Talks with confidence and competence on the phone.
Technical requirements include familiarity with CRM platforms like HubSpot or Salesforce, experience with VOIP or soft phone systems, and the ability to confidently handle phone conversations while adhering to scripted dialogues.
