What You'll Do:

As an Appointment Setter, you'll play a crucial role in driving our business growth. Your primary responsibility is to connect with warm leads and schedule qualified appointments. Your daily tasks will include:

• Outbound calling and texting to 30 warm leads daily
• Engaging in 15 meaningful conversations per day
• Adhering to our proven sales script
• Accurately tracking interactions in our CRM system
• Following up consistently to secure appointments

What You Need:

• Proven Phone Skills: 2 years of experience in a phone-intensive role, making 20 calls daily.
• Strong Work Ethic: Ability to consistently meet and exceed performance metrics.
• Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to Detail: Accurate data entry and follow-up are essential.
• Positive Attitude: Enthusiasm and a can-do spirit.
