A day in the life…
Wondering what a day in the life of a CT Tech - (PRN) at The Iowa Clinic might look like?
- Arrive at work in the morning – no night shifts here!
- Performs Computed Tomography under the direction of a Radiologist, at a technical level.
- Performs a variety of technical procedures that require independent judgment, ingenuity, and initiative to apply prescribed ionizing radiation for Computed Tomography.
- Performs a variety of diagnostic and interventional examinations.
Required Licenses
- ARRT certification and Current State of Iowa permit to practice required.
Other Requirements
- Completion of AMA approved School of Radiologic Technology required
- Two years applicable clinical experience in medical imaging and systems environment required.
