Position Summary :
Key support position in Apartment Communities Capital Projects for preconstruction budgeting and construction administration. This individual will gain expertise in how budgets come together, how projects are coded and how budgets inform construction bidding, construction contracts and pay applications.
Job Duties :
Bid and Proposal Management :
- Prepare and issue Request for Proposal documents.
- Provide quality control checks of Schedule of Values, Scopes of Work and other documents.
- Data management for construction bidding and contract support.
- Understand the estimating methodology for the department and provide analytical support as needed.
