Position Summary :
The Sr. Manager, Project Management is part of the Maintenance Services Corporate team and is a leader focused on fulfilling our legal obligation as an owner and per statute to complete SB721 Inspections on communities in all regions. He / she will oversee the execution of vendors and contractors to ensure the project is completed within schedule and with minimum disruption to residents and community teams.
Job Duties :
- Responsible for training, onboarding, and development of all team members with focus on employee engagement and retention. Lead, coach and develop direct reports to create a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
- Build relationships with internal and external customers to provide best in class service.
- Creates project schedules and ensures headcount availability against resource budget.
- Creates training materials in coordination with the Training Department.
- Refines and updates Inspections Team operations to improve procedures and productivity.
- Creates and provides overview of Inspections Team process to Community Management team before, during, and after the project is completed.
- Sets expectations and communicates the end-to-end process with the Community Management team.
- Coordinates with Legal / Marketing on required Resident notices.
- Provides Quarterly Updates to Sr. Directors and ICAC.
- Manages and tracks maintenance repair items identified on inspection report; Tracks progress of activities across all communities in simultaneous construction. Activities include unit completion, access issues, and resident feedback.
- Tracks and reports resident and project escalations to leadership team.
- Tracks and reports tenant relations, i.e. concessions, against budget.
- Attend pre-construction site visits at upcoming projects.
- Collaborates with other groups at ICAC to aid in completion of prioritizing initiatives.
- Drives partnership with ICAD to complete required work as necessary to meet State mandates.

Base Pay Range : $111,100.00 - $149,700.00
Actual placement within this range may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.
