What youll Do:
- Lead Client Acquisition Identify and engage potential clients through referrals, marketing efforts, and strategic outreach.
- Build & Maintain Relationships Develop strong partnerships with referral sources, community leaders, and industry professionals.
- Pipeline Management Follow up on leads to ensure consistent deal flow and nurture long-term opportunities.
- Strategic Business Growth Develop and implement sales strategies to expand market presence and increase revenue.
- Collaborate for Success Work closely with marketing to enhance brand awareness and optimize outreach efforts.

What We are looking for:
- Sales & Business Development Experience Proven success in sales, marketing, or business development.
- Exceptional Communication Skills Ability to engage, persuade, and build trust with clients and partners.
- Strategic Thinker Proactive problem-solver with a focus on long-term success.
- Self-Discipline & Drive You take ownership of your success, have a strong work ethic, and maintain a winning attitude.

- You have MSP Sales Experience already
- You are in or willing to live in any of the markets discussed
- You are connected in the defense industrial base already
You should be comfortable with the following work conditions and other considerations:
