Duties
- Oversee all aspects of food preparation and production to ensure high standards of quality and presentation.
- Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies, tracking stock levels, and minimizing waste.
- Supervise kitchen staff
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Chef in a restaurant or hospitality setting
- Experience in banquet services is highly desirable
- Team management skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
