Your day as a Cook
As a new Cook at The Ivy of McKinney Senior Living, you will start your day by reviewing the menu and preparing ingredients for meals according to dietary guidelines and recipes. You will work closely with the kitchen team to ensure timely meal preparation and service to our senior residents. This role involves following proper food safety and sanitation procedures, as well as maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment. You will have the opportunity to showcase your creativity in developing new dishes and ensuring high-quality presentation of meals. Additionally, you will assist in inventory management and kitchen equipment maintenance to support efficient operations.
