Your Opportunity as the Seasonal Operations Coordinator
Lead completion of accounting and data entry for Technicians and Fruit Growers in our Oxnard, CA facility. This role will also support other functions such as logistics and purchasing on an as needed basis. This role will work full time during the months of March through September and will be furloughed October through February.
Location: Oxnard, CA
Work Arrangements: 100% onsite, Monday - Friday (seasonal schedule March - September)
In this role you will:
  • Check the accurate completeness nd post Grower weight tickets.
  • Conduct various data entry initiatives including work ticket information, product docking information, and other calculations that impact Grower operations.
  • Verify Grower daily work confirmation data and ensure accurate weekly receipts.
  • Collaborate and support our Technicians and cross functional departments leveraging both English and Spanish speaking capabilities.
  • Manage sorting, filing, and daily report outs of fruit product receipts within our Excel reporting database.
  • Reconcile production shift data for fruit processing and industrial departments.
  • Prepare daily reports, such as Production Re-cap, Shipment re-cap, Evaporator puree production/usage, WFC production/usage, and Industrial production/usage.
  • Create batches and enter production into GEMMS computer system.
  • Review production yield, material, and formula reports.
  • Assist the Accounts Payable Manager in general data entry and accounting responsibilities.

What we are looking for:
Minimum Requirements:
  • High School diploma or GED
  • 2 years of related experience
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Ability to work seasonally (March - September)
  • Strong typing and data entry skills
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong analytical, customer service, communication skills, and strong attention to detail
  • Personal initiative to work independently and possess a high degree of diplomacy, confidentiality and discretion
Additional skills and experience that we think would make someone successful in this role:
  • Experience processing payroll and invoices, or general accounting
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Experience supporting new software system implementations
Compensation information:
Hourly rate range: $22.84 - $32.26
Discretionary holiday bonus: 2%
