Responsibilities:
- Directly oversee a team of technicians, mechanics, or manufacturing workers, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to schedules.
- Allocate tasks and projects to team members based on skill levels, workload, and deadlines. Coordinate closely with other departments such as production planning, maintenance, and quality control to optimize efficiency and meet production targets.
- Responsible for maintaining daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules and assigning work for shop employees.
- Communicate closely with project managers, technical services, and field employees.
- Ensure job timelines and deadlines are met.
- Maintain, evaluate, and suggest methods of improving equipment, processes, efficiency, or operating conditions.
- Assist production workers in meeting deadlines, as needed.
- Document information and conversations relevant to projects.
- Follow paperwork flow and procedures.
- Ensure time charged to work orders is accurate.

- Background in fabrication, welding, and metal finishing of stainless-steel equipment.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
