Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our team. Your role will involve managing guest interactions, maintaining the counter and helping make drinks etc.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a friendly demeanor.
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently.
- Provide menus and offer recommendations based on guest preferences.
- Take orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen staff.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure a positive experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front of house area, including dining spaces and waiting areas.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service flow.
- Assist with special events or promotions as needed.
Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with guests.
