The Jane Pauley Community Health Center, Inc. is currently seeking driven Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners for opportunities located in Central Indiana.
Ideal candidates will have a passion for serving the underserved, specialize in Mental Health, be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating a variety of psychiatric issues and have the desire to be a team player in building a strong practice. This Provider will have the ability to prescribe medication.

Ideal candidates will:
- Perform psychiatric evaluation, patient history and clinically relevant physical examinations on patients;
- Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic psychiatric health problems;
- Prescribe medications, including controlled substances, or other forms of treatment.
- In particular, looking for a candidate with experience in triaging and caring for patients with Mental Health issues.
- Have a Masters of Nursing Science with preparation as an Advanced Practice Nurse;
- Have ANCC Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) certification.
- Must be a currently licensed registered nurse in the state of Indiana;
- IN APN and CSR Prescriptive Authority or eligible;
- DEA Registration or eligible
The Jane Pauley Community Health Center, a federally qualified health center, serves the local community, regardless of insurance or income, with an emphasis on integrating medical and behavioral health along with providing access to various other social services. The center offers primary health care services, including preventive and annual exams, well-child care, acute care, and certain procedures. The center also focuses on the management of chronic diseases, such as diabetes, cardiac disease, and depression.
Currently, the Jane Pauley Community Health Center has 13 locations across four counties, and is continuing to grow. We have a diverse patient population that benefits from our patient centered care model. Our organization was established in 2009 with generous support from the Metropolitan School District of Warren Township, Community Health Network, and the Community Health Network Foundation.
