We are hiring for Cutting Line Operator The Job Center Staffing is hiring associates on 1st shiftMachine Operatorcurrently in Fairfield. This is a great opportunity for a DIRECT HIRE placement. Compensation / Shift / Benefits for Cutting Line Operator

Hourly wage : $19.28per hour
Shift : 12hr Continental shift 6pm-6am
Benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), PTO

Responsibilities

Responsible for tending to the machines to cut, bend, or straighten material.

Examining completed workpieces and sorting defective pieces according to types of flaws

Start and stop machines, monitor their operations, and record operational data

Set up, operate or tend multiple machines to cut material

Requirements for Cutting Line Operator

Knowledge of Machines and tools

Ability to work overtime as needed

Ability to keep up with a fast pace changing environment

Attention to detail
