Job Details for School/Club Van Driver:Job Type: Part TimeArea of coverage; Lackawanna CountyPay up to $17 per hourTypical Hours M-F between 1pm to 4pmaveraging 10-30 hours per week The Van Driver will be responsible for the transport of students from school to extra curricular activities and will oversee a variety of activities at specific venues. The Driver will ensure the safety and well-being of children, while also providing a positive and engaging experience. Responsibilities for the School/Club Van Driver:Safely operate a van, adhering to all traffic laws and regulationsTransport children, adhering to all relevant safety and security protocolsMaintain a clean and organized van, includingregular cleaning and sanitizingProvide assistance to children, as needed, including helping them with their belongings and ensuring they arrive safelyDevelop and maintain a positive and supportive environment for all childrenWork collaboratively with teachers, staff, and other support staff to ensure the needs of all children are metMinimum Requirement for the School/Club Van Driver:Valid driver's license with clean driving recordExperience driving a van or similar vehicleExperience working with children, preferably in a childcare or educational settingExperience in coaching, mentoring, and camp activitiesStrong communication skills with children and adults Interim HealthCare is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
