ABOUT EXPECTATIONS
As a Wellness Coordinator at The Joint Chiropractic - Lafayette CO, you will be the first
point of contact for our patients. You will play a key role in making each of them
feel at home and welcome. Our clinic offers several different plan and package
offerings that you will be responsible for presenting to new patients so they can
continue their Chiropractic care with us at the most affordable rates. In
addition, keeping accurate patient records, having a thorough understanding of
our computer systems and maintaining a clean and organized workplace will
also be important for your success.
SUMMARY OF ESSENTIALS
· Manage the flow of patients through the clinic in an organized manner
· Greet and assist patients with the completion of required paperwork
· Manage clinic phone calls and software used for patient contact
· Execute all of The Joint Chiropractic's Standard Operating Procedures
· Provide the highest level of customer service
· Maintain the highest levels of professionalism at all times
· Ensure clinic cleanliness and stocking of inventory
· Be a team player and contribute to a positive, healthy workplace culture
· Educate our patients on the benefits of our services (for their health and their wallet)
· Be able to obtain memberships and retain them
· Complete transactions using Point Of Sale (POS) software and ensure all patient
accounts are current and accurate
· Participate in marketing opportunities to help the clinic build new patient counts
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
· High school diploma or equivalent
· Cheerful, extroverted, empathetic and positive (looking for a “people person”)
· Able to work weekends/evenings (as required)
· Able to use office equipment, computer, scanner, fax, and phone system
· Proficient with Microsoft Office
· Maintain the cleanliness of the clinic and organization of workspace
· Dedication to high quality service
· Maintain a professional appearance
· Confident in presenting and selling memberships and visit packages
· Able to commute to Fort Collins 3-4 times for training (compensated)
· Able to stand and/or sit for long periods of time
· Previous retail experience a plus

Saturdays 10am-5pm (REQUIRED)
If hired, you will have about 3-4 days of virtual training that can be completed at your computer, and then 3-4 days of in-clinic training in Fort Collins. Looking for someone to start this process the first week of February. Clinic opens 2/12/2025!
