What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Chiropractic Sales Associate position at The Joint Chiropractic?
THE JOINT CHIROPRACTIC is looking for a friendly, outgoing and energetic Front Desk Sales Associate to work as a Wellness Coordinator at our Cottleville location and possibly other locations within 10-15 miles. This is a PART-TIME opportunity with the likelihood to develop into a FULL-TIME position and requires some Saturday and Sunday availability. Previous experience in sales and providing excellent customer service is a requirement.

Qualifications
- Professional with a winning attitude!
- Strong phone and computer skills.
- Articulate with great verbal and written communication skills.
- At least 1 year of previous Sales experience.
- Office management and/or marketing skills are a plus!
- Team player with a great work ethic.
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
Essential Responsibilities
- Confident in presenting and selling memberships and visit packages to meet sales goals.
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with patients, management and staff.
- Greet and welcome patients with courtesy and friendliness.
- Manage the flow of patients through the clinic in an efficient and organized manner.
- Prioritize and perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced clinic.
- Professionally handle phone calls and interactions.
- Educate patients on wellness offerings and services.
- Re-engage inactive members.
- Share personal Chiropractic experience and stories.
- Complete transactions using point of sale software and ensure all patient accounts are current and accurate.
- Recognize and support team goals and create and maintain positive relationships and work cohesively with team members.
- Participate in marketing/sales opportunities to help attract new patients into our clinics.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the clinic and organization of workspace.
- Keep management appraised of patient concerns and follow company policies and protocols.
- Able to work flexible days and hours including evenings and weekends.

Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 4 hour shift
