We’re hiring both full-time and part-time Wellness Coordinators to join our team at our new location in New Rochelle, NY! We’re looking for individuals who are friendly, proactive, and organized to help create an exceptional experience for our patients.
As a Wellness Coordinator, you’ll be the first point of contact for patients—greeting them warmly and guiding them through their visit from check-in to check-out. You’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional patient experiences, supporting daily clinic operations, providing front desk management and administrative support, educating patients about our wellness offerings, and contributing to our membership sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:
● Greet patients with a warm, professional demeanor and provide excellent customer service
● Educate patients on The Joint’s wellness services, membership plans, packages, and promotions
● Confidently present and sell memberships to meet clinic sales goals
● Assist patients with intake forms and ensure all documentation and accounts are accurate and up to date
● Manage front desk operations: appointment scheduling, patient check-ins/check-outs, and phone inquiries
● Complete transactions using point-of-sale software and maintain accurate financial records
● Re-engage inactive members.
● Support chiropractors and clinic staff with administrative and operational tasks
● Manage the flow of patients through the clinic in an organized and efficient manner
● Participate in marketing and community outreach to help attract new patients
● Keep management informed of patient concerns and follow all clinic policies and procedures.
● Maintain a clean and organized clinic and workspace
● Foster a positive team environment and support overall clinic goals
● Willingness to learn, grow, and take on new challenges Be able to prioritize and perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting

Schedule Requirements:
● Part-Time: 22–24 hours/week * Both part time & full times opportunities available*
● Full-Time: 40 hours/week (Saturdays required) - Salary $18/hr - $20/hr
● Hours vary by role; general hours are Monday–Friday: 10 AM–7 PM, Saturday: 10 AM–5 PM
Qualifications:
● High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
● Minimum of 1 year of sales experience
● Office management or marketing experience is a plus
● Current or past chiropractic patient experience is a plus
● Bilingual in Spanish and English
● Driven, ambitious and motivated to grow within the company
● Positive, can-do attitude with a team-first mindset
● Strong phone, computer, and communication skills
● Health-conscious and committed to a wellness lifestyle
● Highly organized with strong attention to detail
