What are the responsibilities and job description for the Membership Sales/Front Desk Part Time Weekends Only position at The Joint Chiropractic?
Compensation: Based on Experience, Base Bi-weekly Commission.
Seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, people person with the following:
In-person sales experience preferred - previous experience selling memberships and packages. Candidates should have a strong desire to earn commission on sales.
- Excellent people and customer service skills
- Excellent problem-solving ability
- Ability to multitask
- Superior phone etiquette and patience
- Proficient computing knowledge and ability
- Primarily performs clinic package/membership plan sales with light front desk administrative tasks. The right candidate is warm, pleasant, helpful, and willing to go that extra mile.
HOURS: Saturday 10 AM-5 pm, Sunday 10 AM-4 PM.
PAY: Based on experience commission.

This is a regularly scheduled role, and excellent attendance is required for assigned shifts.
