Compensation:$114,000 at plan earnings
Responsibilities:- Consult with buyer and seller clients to hone in on their home wants and needs and close the deal
- Nurture relationships that connect with our clients to generate more sales
- Oversee the entire process from listing to closing to ensure a quick and seamless transaction experience
- Prospect for new leads to promote new business
- Gather local community information to be able to answer any questions from your client about potential homes
- A proven record of sales experience and success is preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written)
- Tech-savvy
- Self-motivation and drive
- Top-notch time management skills and highly organized
