Responsibilities
- Generate new agency relationships and drive submissions to the underwriting team
- Work specifically with the Property/Real Estate Team
- Quote new/renewal business
- Travel across a given territory/region
- Collaborate with the Director of Programs and other team members
- At least 5 years of business development experience
- Prior insurance experience
- Experience in brokering, business development, or territory representative roles
- Collaborative, outgoing, organized, and driven personality
- P&C license preferred
- Compensation: Between $100k-$150k (depending on experience) discretionary annual bonus.
