Job Title: Commercial Lines Producer

Location: Hybrid (combination of remote and in-office) in Royersford, PA

Number of Openings: 1

Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 annually (based on experience) commission and bonus

• Commission Structure: 40% on new business, 30% on renewals
• Option to adjust salary and commission split based on preferences (more salary, less commission or vice versa)

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Commercial Lines Producer to join our growing team. This hybrid position offers the opportunity to work both remotely and in-office. The successful candidate will focus on generating new business by handling warm and cold leads, and will be responsible for maintaining relationships with existing clients. This role offers a competitive salary, commission, and the flexibility to adjust the compensation structure based on individual preferences.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities (both warm and cold leads)
• Build and maintain relationships with clients to grow the book of business
• Sell standard commercial lines products and services to new and existing clients
• Work with the team to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients and provide ongoing support
• Use EZ Lynx software to manage client accounts and streamline the sales process
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Required: Property & Casualty (P&C) license
• Required: At least 1 year of experience in commercial lines insurance sales
• Familiarity with EZ Lynx software is a plus
• Strong sales skills and the ability to work independently
