What You’ll Do
- Run quotes and prepare benefit and cost comparisons for small groups
- Manage our database effectively
- Process eligibility changes online with insurance companies
- Prepare open enrollment kits for employee meetings
- Address daily service needs, such as billing, eligibility, and claim resolutions
- 3-7 years of experience in Benefits Account Management
- College degree or equivalent experience in an independent agency
