Key Responsibilities
- Business Development: Identify and prospect potential clients through networking, referrals, and other lead-generation strategies.
- Sales Execution: Present and sell a variety of insurance products, including property and casualty, life, health, and other coverage options, to clients based on their needs.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and addressing any coverage changes or service needs.
- Needs Analysis: Conduct in-depth consultations to understand client requirements and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
- Policy Management: Assist clients with the application process, policy renewals, and claims, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive products, and market conditions to offer clients the most relevant and competitive coverage options.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements and maintain accurate documentation of client interactions and transactions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, underwriters, and carriers to secure optimal policy terms and coverage for clients.
- 2 years proven experience in insurance sales or a related field.
- Strong understanding of insurance products, regulations, and industry practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Active L&H License
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field (preferred but not required).
