Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients through proactive outreach and exceptional customer service.
- Educate clients on personal lines insurance products, coverage options, and policy features to help them make informed decisions.
- Identify client needs and recommend appropriate insurance products to meet those needs.
- Work closely with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets and objectives.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, product offerings, and regulations to provide accurate information and valuable insights to clients.
- Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Strong knowledge of personal lines insurance products and coverage options.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Proficiency in EZ Link, Applied Rater, QQ Catalyst/Web Rater, and Agency Zoom is preferred but not required.
- A proactive and self-motivated approach with a commitment to achieving sales targets.
- Conduct outbound calls and respond to inbound inquiries to assist clients with their personal lines insurance needs.
- Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and develop effective sales techniques and approaches.
- Maintain accurate client records and update information in the CRM system.
- Engage in ongoing training and development to stay informed about new insurance products and industry best practices.
