Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented Personal Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional service to clients.

Responsibilities

  • Provide prompt, efficient, and courteous service to clients, policyholders, and prospects
  • Assist clients in understanding their insurance coverage and identifying their insurance needs
  • Process policy changes, endorsements, and policy renewals
  • Collaborate with insurance carriers to resolve client inquiries and issues
  • Maintain accurate client records and documentation
  • Proactively follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any outstanding issues
  • Stay updated on insurance products and industry regulations to provide accurate information to clients
  • Assist with administrative tasks to support the team as needed

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in the insurance industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software
  • Knowledge of insurance policies and procedures is a plus
  • Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) License
