- Build and maintain a book of business by selling Commercial Lines (CL) and Personal Lines (PL) insurance, with a focus on increasing our CL portfolio
- Quote new and renewal business, with a strong emphasis on new business acquisition
- Assist in servicing accounts as needed, contributing to the overall success of the team
- Stay updated on industry trends and product offerings to provide informed advice to clients
- Required: P&C license, willingness to obtain Life license within the first 3 months
- Preferred: 2 years of insurance sales experience with a proven track record
- Strong connections with carriers and a go-getter attitude
- Collaborate with the team to strategize marketing efforts and attend local meetings to generate leads
- Utilize available resources, including commercial leads and internet leads, to drive sales
- Engage with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions
- Competitive salary: $35k-$55k plus commission
