- Manage 350 accounts with premiums of $10K or less
- Quote new/renewal business
- Handle typical servicing, certificates, endorsements, and client interactions over the phone
- Work with a variety of industries including contractors, restaurants, etc.
- Utilize carriers such as Westfield, Cincinnati, Grange, Central, Auto Owners, Western Reserve, and Hastings
- Cross-sell and upsell to earn small bonuses
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role
- P&C license required
- Proficiency in AMS 360 software
- Self-starter with strong insurance knowledge
