Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to identify target behaviors and their functions.
- Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on assessment results.
- Collect and analyze data to monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed.
- Provide training and support to teachers, school staff, and parents on behavior management techniques and strategies.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support student success.
- Maintain detailed and timely documentation of assessments, interventions, and progress notes.
