Qualifications & Requirements
- Must be licensed in NY
- Must have understanding of HARP product and population – special needs population (designated by the State), very sick, very high utilization (physical and behavioral health)
- 3 or more years of working in BH field
- Minimum case load of 70 – caseload will depend upon where they are placed
