Job Overview: The Technical Support Analyst will primarily support the organization's Identity and Access transformation. Responsibilities include writing documentation, communications, and coordinating with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Document processes and collaborate with Global Technology Support Teams to publish documentation in designated repositories.
- Coordinate with Governance Team, Support Teams, IT Field Services, and other stakeholders.
- Draft and manage communications related to Identity Project efforts.
- Collect and report feedback associated with Identity Projects.
- Document business requirements based on collected feedback.
Experience and Qualifications:
- 2 years in a similar analyst or support role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience writing technical documentation.
- Foundational knowledge of identity management, user access reviews, and role-based access controls.
- Experience with meeting coordination and note-taking.
- Experience collecting feedback and documenting business requirements.
- $35-$40/hr W2
