Key Responsibilities
- Perform regular checks and maintenance on data center equipment and systems.
- Rack and cable servers, network devices, and other equipment.
- Use telecommunications test equipment to troubleshoot and resolve connectivity and hardware issues.
- Manage inventory and asset tracking for data center equipment and supplies.
- Work collaboratively with other teams to resolve issues and ensure data center uptime.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance data center efficiency and reliability.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in data center operations or a related field.
- Strong understanding of data center infrastructure and systems.
