**About the Role**
We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Excellence Lead to drive process improvements and lead operational excellence initiatives across our sites.
- Develop and implement process improvements, leveraging lean principles and technologies to drive productivity, capacity, and cost reduction.
- Collaborate with site teams to identify opportunities for improvement, develop solutions, and measure results.
- Build and maintain relationships with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and suppliers to ensure successful implementation of operational excellence initiatives.
Key Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or equivalent required.
- Lean Six Sigma Green or accredited Lean certification required.
- 5 years of continuous improvement or Lean production management experience preferred.
