Responsibilities:
Drive Strategic Growth
- Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies (inbound & outbound) to expand brand reach, generate leads, and boost engagement.
- Create 6-12 month marketing plans that align with sales goals and market trends.
- Own brand positioning, ensuring a cohesive and compelling brand identity across all platforms.
Leverage Digital & E-Commerce Expertise
- HubSpot Mastery: Lead marketing automation, lead nurturing, and campaign performance tracking.
- Shopify Optimization: Enhance the online shopping experience, increase conversions, and drive sales.
- Implement SEO, PPC, email marketing, and paid social strategies to maximize traffic and engagement.
Elevate Trade Shows & Event Marketing
- Plan and execute high-impact trade show strategies, ensuring to maximize brand exposure, lead generation, and customer engagement.
- Develop pre- and post-show marketing campaigns to attract, nurture, and convert leads.
- Manage event sponsorships and activations to strengthen industry presence and increase brand loyalty.
Create High-Impact Content & Campaigns
- Develop content strategies that resonate with athletes, coaches, and customers.
- Oversee blog, email, and video marketing efforts to build brand authority and customer loyalty.
- Manage partnerships, sponsorships, and PR opportunities to expand reach.
Make Data-Driven Decisions
- Track and analyze lead generation, campaign effectiveness, and ROI, refining strategies based on real-time data.
- Identify emerging trends and customer insights to keep ahead of the competition.
Lead & Inspire the Marketing Team
- Manage and mentor a Marketing Assistant and Brand Manager, ensuring seamless campaign execution.
- Foster collaboration with sales, product development, and executive leadership to align marketing with business objectives.
Required Skills
- Passion for sports & our brand – You understand our customers and their needs.
- 5 years of marketing experience (2 in a leadership role).
- HubSpot expertise – You can run campaigns, manage automation, and analyze lead data.
- E-commerce & Shopify knowledge – You understand online sales strategies and UX optimization.
- Trade Show & Event Marketing Experience – You know how to make industry events drive results.
- Strong digital marketing skills – SEO, PPC, social media ads, and email marketing.
- Leadership & communication – You know how to motivate teams and drive results.
