Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Manage and lead the sales team, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team goals.
- Identify and nurture business opportunities with new and existing clients.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the machine manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of the machine manufacturing market and customer needs.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
