Our client is currently seeking a Speech Language Pathologist for the 2024-2025 school year!
Job Type: Contract
This job will have the following responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, screenings, and evaluations to identify communication disorders in students
- Document and maintain accurate and detailed records of student progress, goals, and treatment sessions.
- Provide one-on-one or group therapy sessions to students, incorporating various techniques and exercises to improve speech, language, and swallowing abilities
- Implement therapeutic interventions and treatment plans
- Follows and implements documented IEP plans and provides progress monitoring
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree Speech-Language Pathology or qualifying degrees
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Delaware State license or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathology
