Operations Manager for Real Estate Team
The Real Estate Operations Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless daily operations of a high-performing real estate team. The Real Estate Operations Manager is integral to the team's success, serving as the backbone of daily operations and enabling realtors to focus on delivering exceptional service to clients. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the growth and efficiency of a dynamic real estate team.
Compensation : 70,000 - $100,000
Responsibilities :
- Manage and organize email correspondence, ensuring timely follow-up on all transactions and deadlines
- Oversee and maintain communication with clients, team members, and a virtual assistant to facilitate smooth workflow and efficient task management and accountability
- Support the team by preparing, reviewing, and submitting offers in a timely and accurate manner using MLS, Car Forms, and CRM
- Open doors for inspectors, photographers, appraisers, or contractors
- Ensuring Team Leader is on track with all responsibilities
- Schedule and conduct property inspections with the required documentation
