Compensation :
Base salary : $47,000-56,000 annually
Performance bonuses and field incentives
Total annual compensation : $56,000-79,000
Key Responsibilities :
Manage fleet operations and optimize daily routes
Lead dispatch operations and customer relations
Direct multiple trucks and coordinate field crews
Implement and maintain comprehensive safety programs
Lead and develop team members through training and mentorship
Support the team in the field by performing customer jobs, operating trucks, managing the warehouse, and emptying trucks as needed
Ensure vehicles are maintained properly and timely
Manage disposal planning to maximize landfill diversion
Drive safety-first culture and enforce safety practices
Track and drive key operational metrics
Requirements :
2 years leadership experience
Clean driving record (ideally 5 years)
Strong communication skills
Ability to lift 75 lbs as part of team
Proficiency with CRM systems and MS Office
Valid driver's license (will train on trucks - no CDL required)
DOT medical certificate (can obtain after hire)
Schedule & Physical Requirements :
Full-time with some weekends
Must be able to safely drive our dump trucks (the size of a rental box truck)
Mix of office and field work (30-50% field time)
