What are the responsibilities and job description for the Fine Dining Server position at The Jupiter Grill?
```Duties```
- Greet and seat guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Provide menu recommendations and answer any questions about the menu
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner
- Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on them throughout their dining experience
- Clear tables and reset them for the next guests
- Assist with food preparation and handling as needed
- Operate cash register and handle payment transactions
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area
```Qualifications```
- 4 experience as a server in a steakhouse/fine dining establishment preferred
- Knowledge of Toast POS system or similar point-of-sale systems
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating bills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests and team members
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Working knowledge of wine-including varietals, taste profiles and food pairings.
