Responsibilities
Client Interactions : Engage with clients to explain complex insurance topics and provide personalized advice to ensure their insurance needs are met.
Lead Management : Effectively manage leads, systematically following up and maintaining detailed records in the CRM system.
Plan Customization : Tailor insurance policies that align with clients' specific needs in commercial, auto, and life insurance areas.
Cross-Selling : Identify cross-selling opportunities to offer additional insurance products that enhance risk coverage for clients.
Prospecting : Actively seek new clients through networking and referrals to expand our customer base.
Continuous Improvement : Attend regular training sessions to remain current with industry changes and emerging trends that impact insurance sales.
Requirements
Licensing : Active Property & Casualty and Life Insurance Licenses are required.
Experience : Minimum of 2 years of experience in insurance sales, preferably with Allstate products.
Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
Customer Focus : Demonstrated ability to build strong client relationships and provide exceptional customer service.
Organizational Skills : Strong ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a dynamic and hybrid environment.
