The Kamson Corporation, a Premier Apartment Management Organization is seeking a professional, experienced bookkeeper for our Blackwood, NJ Garden Style Apartment Complex. We offer a competitive compensation package and a wonderful culture and working environment.
Assistant Bookkeeper’s responsibilities include:
- Track/process/reconcile payments, statements, checks, etc.
- Manage all payment cycle activities
- Distribute, follow up and execute resident renewals
- Liaise with internal and external clients
- 1 plus years accounts receivable experience
- Solid knowledge of basic bookkeeping and accounting principles
- Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records
- Data entry skills (10 Key by touch)
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Strong customer service
- Strong organization, multi-tasking, detailed oriented & deadline sensitive
- Knowledge of Nexus and IBS a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Associates degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration
