Responsibilities:
- Supervise the accounts payable department across multiple regions to ensure the timely and precise processing of invoices, payments, and expense reports.
- Create, implement, and update accounts payable policies and procedures.
- Ensure adherence to company guidelines as well as compliance with local, state, federal and international regulations.
- Continuously monitor and assess accounts payable operations, recommending enhancements to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Manage vendor relationships, addressing any issues related to payments or invoices.
- Prepare and analyze accounts payable reports, such as aging reports, approval status reports and other financial metrics
- Lead initiatives for process improvements and automation of accounts payable processes.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of Accounts Payable experience
- Associates degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance preferred
- Solid understanding of basic accounting and accounts payable principles
- Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records
- Strong excel skills and experience with spreadsheets and accounting software
- Strong analytical and organizational abilities
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Salary : $65,000 - $75,000
