While headquartered in Nashville, TN, the organization welcomes out-of-state candidates who can travel to TN 2-3 times per month (40% travel), with company-sponsored travel.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee multi-state payroll processing with a focus on compliance.
- Provide strategic payroll insights to leadership.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Drive improvements in payroll accuracy and efficiency through technology and best practices.
- Manage payroll complexities unique to PEOs, including co-employment and benefits integration.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, human resources, or related field preferred.
- 8 years of payroll experience.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Experience with UKG Ready required.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Effective communication skills to engage stakeholders.
- Experience with change management and system implementations.
Salary : $145,000 - $165,000
