The incoming CEO will be responsible for:
- Developing and Implementing Strategic Plans: Align with Kendal's mission and values to drive growth and innovation.
- Leading Operational Excellence: Improve employee retention and communication, enhance employee morale, strengthen financial health, and manage infrastructure updates.
- Fostering Collaborative Leadership: Ensure transparency, accountability, and community involvement among employees and residents.
- Ensuring Regulatory Compliance and Financial Well-being: Safeguard the organization's financial well-being and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
A current Virginia Nursing Home Administrator's license or the ability to obtain one is required.
