About the Ideal Candidate
We seek a visionary and collaborative leader with a passion for non-profit senior living. A bachelor's degree with ten years of relevant work experience is required; a master's degree is preferred. Health Services and/or Senior Living/CCRC experience is a plus, as is a demonstrated track record of recruiting, developing, leading, and sustaining a skilled, compassionate, and committed multidisciplinary team.
