It is essential that this person has strong experience within the Insurance sector and has managed teams of 10 .
The role:
- Define the vision and roadmap for the firm’s data initiatives alongside the innovation leadership team.
- Establish and lead a high-performing data science team to support business goals.
- Develop data-driven strategies to enhance decision-making, enable AI solutions, and boost operational efficiencies.
- Build and scale a modern, flexible data infrastructure, ensuring robust data collection, storage, and analysis.
- Oversee the implementation of data pipelines and workflows, collaborating with IS teams to ensure data governance, security, and privacy.
- Design and implement scalable data products and services, ensuring seamless integration into business operations.
