Job Description
We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our high-energy real estate team. This role is essential in keeping our operations organized and running smoothly while supporting both agents and clients. Responsibilities
Administration:
- Assist with payroll processing as needed
- Support onboarding for new agents
- Manage team calendar, including meetings and events
- Assist with budget preparation and ongoing tracking
- Coordinate referrals and manage related paperwork
Agent Support:
- Provide administrative and transactional support to agents
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the team leader’s clients during vacations or time away
- Be the point of contact when team members are unavailable, relaying messages and supporting communication standards
- Assist with open house preparation and logistics
- Coordinate with photographers for listing shoots
Client Experience:
- Plan and coordinate client events to promote engagement and loyalty
- Manage closing gifts and client appreciation efforts
- Prepare and create “Pop By” deliveries to maintain client relationships
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in real estate preferred
- Active Utah real estate license is a plus, but not required
- Licensing opportunity available for highly qualified candidates
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Able to work independently and collaboratively
Additional Information
- In-office position: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–4:00 or 5:00 PM
- Primary location in Mapleton, with 1–2 days per week in Orem after onboarding
- Hourly wage based on experience

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 38 per week
